Teen Deterrent Corporation's Chief Executive Officer is Marcus Price, who also holds the position of CEO of Goin' Postal Franchise Corporation, the nation's fastest growing retail shipping store franchise.

Based in sunny Florida, Teen Deterrent Corporation was awarded the Southeastern Premium Distributor contract for the Mosquito in early 2008.

Marcus Price decided to become a distributor for the Mosquito after large groups of youths began loitering in front of his and other businesses in Zephyrhills.  Within days of installing a Mosquito, the teens had stopped loitering in the area and Price was sold on the product.
